When you post your Activities (which includes, and is not limited to, GPS, heart rate data) or any other data in Services, we collect that information. We do not allow you or any other individual to include any personal information in the data/content you share with the other users of Services.

Payment Information:

When you make a payment/subscription on Services, you may provide payment information such as your payment card or other payment details. We use Payment Card Industry compliant third-party payment services and we do not store your credit card information.


Information From Third Parties:

Activity-information (only applicable to you if you have granted Services access to your tracking-device activity data):

When you sync an activity from your device (Garmin, etc.) to Services (after connecting your device to HurryUp in your profile settings), we will analyze and extract the data necessary to provide our services. This data includes your GPS coordinates (including altitude), sport, timestamp and lap information. We will store this data in relation to your account.


How We Use Your Information:

We use the personal information we collect from you, including with the help of automated systems and decision making, for a range of various business purposes according to different legal bases of processing and subject to the choices you make in your Settings. 

Provide, Improve, and Develop Services, using your information to: 

* To operate and maintain your Services account, and to provide you with access to and use of the Services.

* Your email address and password are used to identify you when you log into the Services. If you have an account in Services you can access the Services with your account from any device that supports the Services.

* Your email will be used to send you Service updates and notifications about your account.

* To respond to you about any comment or enquiry you have submitted.

* Verify and authenticate your identity and prevent unauthorized or illegal activity.

* Detects and prevents fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and other suspicious activity.

* Enhance the safety and security of our products and services.

* Conduct security investigations and risk assessments.

* To prevent or take action against activities that are, or may be, in breach of our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines or applicable law.

Our services:

Your public information can/will be displayed to authenticated users throughout the Services. This information includes, but is not limited to: Username (or first and last name if no username), any efforts made on a segment, and challenges created by you.

We will disclose your information if you have agreed that we may do so. We will make this clear to you at the point at which we collect your information, including the purpose(s) for which we will use the data.

Service Providers:

We use a variety of third party service providers to provide services to us or to our users on our behalf. These service providers have access to your information solely to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are contractually bound to implement appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect against unauthorized disclosure of personal data, and only to process personal data in accordance with our instructions and to the extent necessary to provide their services to us. We need to share your information in order to ensure the adequate performance of our contract with you.

Third Party Applications:

If you choose to use our Services, and connect your Services account to other apps or social networks, you may be sharing certain information with these apps or networks. We also use some third-parties for other functionality described here.

- Plausible Analytics (PA):

When you use our website we are anonymously tracking your behavior on our site. PA creates detailed reports about the users behavior and the performance of our site, so that we can optimize our products and services. All data is anonymized to ensure your privacy.

- Facebook (Meta):
We employ Meta Pixel to enhance advertising strategies and assess campaign performance across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
The Pixel gathers anonymous data on user interactions to improve ad relevance. We don't access personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided.
You can opt-in/out of Meta Pixel tracking via the cookie banner or by adjusting browser settings. Refer to our Cookie Policy for details.

- Paddle
We use Paddle Billing to handle payments and subscriptions. Paddle processes payments on our behalf and make sure all legal and security measures are met. When using Services you're accepting Paddle's Privacy policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy). When using Services as a business you're also accepting to Paddle's Business terms and conditions (https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-business-terms), and when using Services as a consumer you're accepting Paddle's consumer terms and conditions (https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms).

- Cloudflare
We use cloudflare to handle traffic to our Services, and help mitigating risks of cyber-attacks. All traffic to our Services goes through Cloudflare. The information processed may include but is not limited to IP addresses, traffic routing data, system configuration information, and other information about traffic to and from Services.


Compliance with Laws:

We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement agencies, and governmental authorities to comply with our legal obligations, to comply with legal process and to respond to claims asserted against Services, to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to legal liability or to enforce and administer our Terms of Use and other agreements with users.

Change of Control:

We may also share your personal data as part of a sale, merger or change in control of Good Morning AS, or in preparation for any of these events. Any other entity that buys us or part of our business will have the right to continue to use your data, but only in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy unless you agree otherwise.

You may be entitled to request copies of your personal information held by us. While a lot of the personal information you provide to us can be accessed in your account Settings, you may also be entitled to request copies of personal information you have provided to us in machine-readable format.


Change or Correct Data:

Where you cannot update data yourself through an account, you have the right to ask us to correct, change, update or rectify your data.


Data Retention and Deletion:

Deleting Your Account – If you have an account and would like to delete it, you may do so by in your Settings in the Account page. If you delete your account, all data associated with your account (except for backup copies), including the activities that you have uploaded and the usage data associated with those activities, will be deleted and may not be recoverable. We therefore advise you to copy or backup all content uploaded to your account before deletion. Even if you delete your Services account, it is possible that your information may still show up in some internet search results for a short while afterwards, if the search engine maintains a temporary cache of web pages. Search engines’ caching processes are outside of Services’ control and therefore we cannot be responsible for any information that remains cached by search engines after that information has been removed from Services. We generally retain data for as long as your account is in existence or as needed to provide the services of Services. However, specific retention times can vary based on context of the processing we perform and on our legal obligations.

You have the right to ask us to delete all or some of the personal data we hold about you. If you have an account, you can also delete your account through the Settings at any time as described above.

We may need to retain some of your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so (e.g. to prevent fraud and abuse and maintain and enhance security).
